We have three kinds of Ceramic Foam Filter: Silicon Carbide Ceramic Foam Filter,Alumina Ceramic Foam Filter,Zirconia Ceramic Foam Filter.
The foam ceramic filter has excellent filtration effect on copper water or hot metal. It can effectively remove oxidizing inclusions and other nonmetallic inclusions by blocking capture and adsorption through three-dimensional structure. Whether gray iron, ductile iron or shaft body, cylinder block or complex large, precision hardware parts through filtering, product quality will get satisfactory results.
Ceramic Foam Filter Application
Ceramic foam filters are also suitable for copper, bronze, brass and other copper alloys to reduce the turbulent flow of liquid copper and rectify the purification of molten copper. What is especially valuable is that the service life of the filtered and purified copper castings is significantly prolonged in the Marine turbine, chemical parts and other high-demand or harsh environment, and it also has a good effect on the copper castings with surface polishing requirements. The foam ceramic filter also plays an important role in traditional copper industry, electric and electronic copper industry and continuous casting and rolling.
