Description of Fused Monoclinic Zirconia Powder and Beads:
Fused monoclinic zirconia uses azurite as raw material and is smelted and produced in a 4000 electric arc furnace through a series of processes such as electroforming, desiliconization, and refining. After screening, the zirconium content is about 99%. The zirconium oxide particle size can be produced according to customer requirements to produce balls and powders with various mesh sizes. Fused monoclinic zirconia is the main raw material for zirconia coloring materials in the ceramic industry. It can also be used as raw material for zirconia ceramics and refractory materials.
Fused Monoclinic Zirconia Features:
High melting point: Zirconia has a high melting point, about 2700 degrees Celsius, giving it good stability in high temperature environments.
High hardness: Zirconia has high hardness and is more wear-resistant than traditional ceramic materials, making it suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant parts.
Corrosion resistance: Zirconia has good corrosion resistance and can resist chemical corrosion such as acids and alkalis.
