AZS Refractory Block/Brick Product Description

Fused Cast AZS refractory block/brick as an important role used in Glass Furnace is made of pure alumina powder and zircon sand and is composed of three main chemical components of Al2O3, ZrO2 and SiO2,most widely used materials both in glass contact and superstructure of glass melting furnaces. The products are made of high pure material, fired at high temperature by advanced technology, with the advantages of high strength, high compression resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good performance in high temperature, good thermal conductivity,excelerosion resistance and used for linings of furnace in glass industries.

AZS-33
AZS-33 bricks are excellent in preventing the pollution of glass liquids. The possibility of causing glass stones, bubbles and basic glass phase precipitation is quite slim. It can be applied to the upper structure of melting pool, the tank wall corner tiles,paving bricks and other approaches as well.

AZS-36
AZS-36 bricks are the standard Fused Cast AZS Refractory bricks brick which boasts of the quality of particularly high corrosion resistance of glass liquids and low pollution. More than that, it has a balanced performance in the above two aspects. It can be applied to the direct access of glass furnace and glass liquids, such as melting tank wall corner tiles, paving bricks and charging door.

The Application of AZS Bricks

The most important application of AZS bricks is glass furnace. AZS-33 bricks are mainly used at working tank, fore-hearth, upper structure and crown. AZS-36 bricks have high corrosion resistance and low pollution to glass liquid, they are mainly used at the parts contacting with glass liquid, such as melting tank wall, clarification tank, working tank and so on. AZS-41 bricks have the best glass liquid corrosion resistance and the lowest pollution to glass liquid. Their main application parts are: melting tank wall, throat, kiln weir, charging hole corner brick, bubble bricks, electrode bricks and so on.
