Silica brick is made of quartz stone material, the content of SiO2 is above 94%,Silicon brick is an acid refractory material, with good resistance to acid slag erosion and good heat conductivity, load softening temperature as high as 1640~1670 °C, long-term use volume at high temperature is relatively stable.

Silica bricks are mainly used for the partition walls of the carbonization chamber and combustion chamber of coke ovens, the regenerative chamber of steel making open hearth furnaces, soaking pits, refractory materials of glass furnaces, Tunnel kilns, rotary kilns, metallurgical furnaces,and ceramic firing kilns, as well as other load-bearing parts of kilns. 

It is also used for high-temperature load-bearing parts of hot air furnaces and acidic open hearth furnaces.

Silica bricks are also widely used in construction and equipment in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other industries.
