Product Description Of High Alumina Brick:
Low-creep high-alumina bricks use high-temperature calcination of super-grade bauxite, adding andalusite, etc., the phase transformation at high temperature changes the internal structure of high-alumina bricks, and the crystal phase changes and micro-crack toughening also change. Under high temperature conditions, mullite chemical reaction can be produced slowly and continuously, and volume expansion can occur at the same time, which can offset and compensate the high temperature creep of the kiln.
Low-creep high-alumina bricks are widely recognized and accepted by the world ironmaking industry as a heat-carrying and regenerating body with many excellent thermal properties, such as strong heat exchange capacity, large heat storage area, smooth ventilation, and low resistance. Low creep high alumina brick is a heat transfer medium, which is used in the regenerator of blast furnace hot blast stove.
