Zirconium corundum brick is a refractory product with a ZrO2 content of 33%~45% made from industrial aluminum oxide powder and selected zircon sand. Zirconium corundum brick is mainly used in glass industry tank kiln. Zirconium corundum brick, also known as AZS brick

Zircon corundum brick are the most widely used materials both in glass contact and superstructure of glass melting furnaces. The products have passed the ISO international certified, are made of high pure material, fired at high temperature by advanced technology, with the advantages of high strength, high compression resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good performance in high temperature, good thermal conductivity, good erosion resistance and so on.  Widely be used for linings of furnace in industries.

The Application of AZS Refractory Brick

The most important application of AZS bricks is glass furnace. AZS-33 bricks are mainly used at working tank, fore-hearth, upper structure and crown. AZS-36 bricks have high corrosion resistance and low pollution to glass liquid, they are mainly used at the parts contacting with glass liquid, such as melting tank wall, clarification tank, working tank and so on. AZS-41 bricks have the best glass liquid corrosion resistance and the lowest pollution to glass liquid. Their main application parts are: melting tank wall, throat, kiln weir, charging hole corner brick, bubble bricks, electrode bricks and so on.
