Description of Fire Clay Bricks

Fireclay Brick is a commonly used refractory material manufactured using natural refractory clay as its primary raw material, consisting mainly of Al2O3 and SiO2. Produced through the processes of molding, drying, and high-temperature firing, it typically possesses a refractoriness ranging from 1580°C to 1750°C, along with excellent thermal stability and a certain degree of resistance to erosion. It is widely utilized in medium-to-high temperature industrial kilns.

Based on their alumina content, refractory clay bricks are typically classified into various types, including ordinary clay bricks, low-creep clay bricks, and high-alumina bricks.
