Light Weight Clay Insulation brick is made of local top grade fireclay materials under the high temperature according to the lasted national standard, which possesses even bulk density, high strength, low thermal conductivity and low impurity. The temperature in the 1200-1400 ºC. Ingredients are mixed with water made of plastic material or mud, mud with extrusion or pouring shape, 1250-1350 ºC after dry burning oxidation atmosphere. Usually used lightweight clay insulating brick have a bulk density between 0.75~1.20g/cm3, crushing strength between 2.0~5.9Mpa, thermal conductivity between 0.221~0.442W/(m·K) (1350ºC). Lightweight clay insulating brick have a wide range of applications, they are mainly used as insulating lining of different kinds of industrial kilns and furnaces, where doesn't contact with molten materials or gases corrosion. The max. working temperature of lightweight clay insulating bricks is 1200~1400ºC.
