Beryllium oxide ceramic is a high-performance technical ceramic material primarily composed of high-purity beryllium oxide (BeO). It combines the high thermal conductivity of metals with the excellent electrical insulation properties of ceramics, while also possessing good high-temperature resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical strength. It is an indispensable functional ceramic material in the electronics, power, and high-end industrial sectors.

1. Ultra-high thermal conductivity
Thermal conductivity can reach 200-330 W/m·K, approaching or even exceeding that of some metals, and far higher than that of alumina ceramics.

Maintains stable electrical insulation even in high-temperature and high-frequency environments.

Melting point is approximately 2530°C, making it suitable for high-temperature applications.
