Ceramic Fiber Blanket Introduce

Ceramic Fiber Blanket is composed of long flexible, interwoven fibers manufactured by the "spun" process yielding a strong,lightweight, durable product. This material can be used for applications with temperatures from 1000°F (538°C) to 2600°F (1425°C).Blankets have high tensile strength for longer life and durability. Maxwool Ceramic Fiber Blankets contain no binders and are completely inorganic. Thermal and physical properties are retained after drying following wetting by oil, steam or water. This ceramic fiber blanket products are completely inorganic, so there are no fumes when heating for the first time.

Ceramic fiber blanket features and advantages

Ceramic Fiber Insulation is high-temperature resistance, insulated, and fireproof.  It is rated to 2400F so that it can maintain complete shape and size after the fire burns.

The insulation blanket has high quality, good flexibility and tear resistance.  This fiber insulation is flexible, easy to cut and stamping.

Each is made of inorganic silicate material, odorless.  It has polar thermal conductivity,non-conductive, and good sound insulation.
The fiber blankets are easy to use, easy to roll out and cut with a sharp knife or blade.  They are also easy to move and install.

It is used widely in various places.  Such as wood stove baffle, fireplace, pellet stove, chimney, boiler, pizza ovens, forge and more.
