Light weight insulation castable material is a light insulation material as the main material, together with the bonding material, according to the best ratio of dry and mixed from a kind of water-based materials.Lightweight insulating castable is usually worked by casting method, or gunning method, spraying coating method, that's why it is also called lightweight concrete, or lightweight coating mix, lightweight unshaped refractory.
Lightweight Insulating Castable Features
Lightweight insulating castable has good workability and fast working speed, especially for inner lining with complex structure and shapes, the advantages of lightweight insulating castable is more significant. Besides, light insulating castable has low thermal conductivity and low thermal capacity,high strength, resistant to acid and acidic gas corrosion.it is energy-saving, so it is widely used in high temperature projects as insulating material.

Lightweight Insulating Castable Applications
Lightweight insulating castable is widely used in the insulating lining or working lining of industrial furnaces, covering CFB boiler, chemical industry, petrol industry and so on.
Can also be used for oil, chemical, nonferrous metallurgy and other industries acid tank, tank and other acid projects. Light insulation castables are widely used in boilers. Industrial furnace kiln and other body insulation engineering field.
Packaging: 25kg/bag or 50kg/bag, two layers kraft bag with water proof, and with ton bag outside or each ton packed on a fumigation pallet according to customers' request.
