Product Description Of Low Cement Castable
Low cement castable refers to a new type of castable with very little binder. The key is to use ultrafine particles of no more than 1 μm. Its thermal shock resistance, slag resistance, and erosion resistance are significantly improved, surpassing similar refractory bricks. Further reducing the binder content can produce ultra-low cement castables and cement-free castables.
Low cement refractory castable mainly includes three types: high alumina refractory castable, mulite refractory castable, corundum refractory castable.
Low-cement castables refer to castables with a lower amount of cement. The cement dosage of refractory cement castables is generally 15%~20%, and the cement dosage of low cement castables is about 5%, and some are even reduced to 1%~2%. The purpose of reducing the amount of cement is to improve the refractory properties of the castable.

Product Description Of Low Cement Castable
Low cement castable is the castable whose CaO content less than 3%, usually the refractory cement dosage is from 3-8%, but high grade cement is needed to ensure the strength of the castable. Comparing to common refractory castable, low cement castable has better performance in high temperature, and require less water, it makes the castable has lower porosity and higher density.
With these characteristics, the low cement refractory castable is widely used as linings in reheating furnace and other industrial furnaces.
Low cement refractory castables are mainly used for furnace lining of boiler, blast furnace, hot blast stove, heating furnace, ceramic kiln and various industrial furnaces.
Packaging: 25kg/bag, two layers kraft bag with water proof, and with ton bag outside or each ton packed on a fumigation pallet according to customers' request.
