Description of Fused Monoclinic Zirconia Powder and Beads:
This product is produced using our pdtent technique,using azurite as raw material,going though the process of electro-cast, desilication, and followed by a series of refining process. Lt is the main material for Zirconia coloring material in ceramic industry. It can also used as material for zirconia ceramic and refractory materials.
Electrofused monoclinic zirconia is produced by melting in a 4000 electric arc furnace with oxygen-blown balls.The zirconium content is around 99% after screening, and the particle size is produced according to the customer's requirements.The particle size is produced according to the customer's requirements, with balls and powders of various mesh sizes. The main market is in refractory materials such as zirconium mullite, nozzles, crucibles, ceramic colors, surface coatings, abrasives, grinding media, engineering ceramics porcelain, kiln furniture, and the zirconium corundum in the glass industry, etc.
