Product Description Of High Alumina Brick:
High-alumina refractory brick, that is, an aluminum silicate refractory material with an alumina content of more than 48%. It is formed and calcined from bauxite or other raw materials with high alumina content. High thermal stability, refractoriness above 1770ºC. Good slag resistance.
Application of High Alumina Brick:
High temperature refractory bricks are mainly used for building smelting furnaces and can withstand high temperatures of 1580-1770 °C. A refractory material of a certain shape and size. According to the preparation process, it can be divided into fired bricks, non-fired bricks, fused bricks (fused cast bricks), refractory and heat-insulating bricks; according to shape and size, it can be divided into standard bricks, ordinary bricks, special bricks, etc. It can be used as high-temperature building materials and structural materials for building kilns and various thermal equipment, and can withstand various physical and chemical changes and mechanical effects at high temperatures.
Feature of High Alumina Brick:
1. Refractoriness. High-alumina brick products are high-quality products of aluminosilicate refractory products. Its refractoriness increases with the increase of Al2O3 content, generally not lower than 1750-1790ºC. For example, corundum bricks with Al2O3 content greater than 95% have a refractoriness of up to 1900-2000 °C.
2. Load softening temperature. The load softening temperature of high alumina brick products decreases with the increase of silica and alkali metal oxide content, but it is higher than that of clay brick products, about 1420-1530ºC. Al2O3. For corundum bricks with a content of more than 95%, the softening temperature under load can reach above 1600 ºC.
3. Slag resistance. Due to the neutrality and high content of alumina in high-alumina brick products, such material products have strong resistance to the erosion of acid-base slag.

The standard size of it is 230*114*65mm; and 230*114*76mm, 230*114*32mm, etc are also common used. Except for the common sizes, some special shapes could be customized according to the customers' requirements
